El sector se encuentra rodeado por un bosque de árboles nativos (quebrachos colorados y blancos, algarrobos, etc.) y separado del predio conservando su privacidad y el uso exclusivo de los baños.

Por la noche se mantiene cerrado el portón gral. de acceso, con custodia de personal de seguridad, hasta la apertura del recreo 11hs del día siguiente.
